Lithium 1/3N batteries typically have a nominal capacity of about 160 mAh at 3 V. This value is consistent across major manufacturers and is considered the standard for CR‑1/3N cells. This is Verified across multiple datasheets from Battery Guy, GP Batteries, and others. Capacity is usually measured down to a 2.0 V cutoff at 23 °C.
