These mags are much sturdier that the OEM ones that come with your 'Bog due to the fiber-reinforced polymer used. That spells enhanced reliability. Even though the feed lips are not metal, they look fairly strong. The feed angle looks much better and should handle HP and non-ball ammo better. The spring is much stiffer as well--I'm told after a few uses it becomes a bit more 'friendly.' Handloading 27 rounds is about all my digits can take with this strong spring. Global Ordnance is working on getting out a pre-production prototype loader to eventually offer which will help me get to the 30-round mark. There are three separate "cut out" or witness holes for each 10-round load. The bright red follower is a big plus--let's you know when your empty. Plus--USA-made a limited lifetime warranty. GO is great with its C/S--a thing I like. Only downside--there's a very slight north-south "ghost" line on each side of the mag--a slight blemish from the molding process direct from the manufacturer. All of the GO 9mm magazines looks this way. GO assures me that there are no structural integrity issues with the magazines themselves with the blem. GO has tested them under extreme pressure to ensure this. I'm good with that and feel assured. Not a deal-breaker. I'll buy more.
