will this fit S&W M&P 9 L

Yes. The Streamlight TLR-1 HL LED Weapon Light will fit your M&P. It will also come with keys for Glock-style, Picatinny, Beretta 90two, S&W 99 and S&W TSW and Sig P320 if the light does not mount directly to the picatinny rail. If that were the case for you, you would use the provided S&W TSW key to fit the light.

The rail on the Taurus G2c is too short to properly mount the Streamlight TLR-1 HL. I would not recommend using this light. The TLR-7 would be a more viable option as it is much more compact and can fit on significantly smaller rails.
