will this work on an ar 15 bull pup (X-95)? or the tavor TS-12?

For both the TS-12 and X-95 you would need to add picatinny rail segments on the side of the guns in order to mount this Streamlight TLR-1 HPL Long Gun kit. If you wanted to mount the light to the top picatinny rail, the light would fit without issue as both options feature a flat top rail.

Why does the title say 775 lumens but in the features it says 1000 lumens? Is this a 775 lumen light or a 1000 lumen light?

This Streamlight TLR-1 HPL Long Gun light features a 1,000 lumen beam pattern with brighter peripheral illumination and superior down-range performance. This is also a kit that includes the TLR-1 HPL Long Gun Kit with thumbscrew, “Safe Off” door switch and remote pressure switch.

Title & "specifications" say 775 lumen, "features" says 1000. Is this the current TLR-1 HPL (Streamlight's site lists as 1000 lumen, 60000 candela)?

The TLR-1 HPL produces a wide, 1,000 lumen beam pattern. The part numbers match the current product offered by Streamlight.

It will not. This mounts directly to handguns with Glock-style rails and to all MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) rails.

How many slot picatinny rail is needed to mount this light?

You should be good using a 3 or 5 slot picatinny rail section. A 3 slot would be sufficient, but a 5 slot would add stability for the base.

This mounts directly to handguns with Glock-style rails and to all MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) rails. However, you can get a M-Lok picatinny rail section to mount it to a M-Lok rail.
