Will this fit a Ruger Mark II?

No, the Streamlight TLR-2G LED Rail-Mounted Tactical Light requires a picatinny accessory rail to be mounted to a firearm. Since the Ruger MKII does not utilize an accessory rail, you would not be able to install this light.

The Streamlight TLR-2G LED Rail-Mounted Tactical Light mounts to picatinny accessory rails. So it can mount to an older Sig P226 if it has a picatinny accessory rail.
