Does this fit the Hellcat Pro better than the Original tlr8A? I know that works but I took it off to put on 509. Now Hellcat back in need — 2 Answers

Yes. This Streamlight TLR-8 G Sub uses an accessory mount specifically designed for the Springfield Hellcat's underside accessory rail.

Well this was my question & i figured I’d follow up on it incase anyone else runs into this situation. I ordered the tlr8 sub-Hellcat & as far as I can see so far the originals Tlr8AG fits The Hellcat PRO better than the sub Hellcat. The pro is a lil larger pistol with a longer 6oclock rail. The Tlr8AG when mounted sits about 1/8-1/4” past muzzle & the Tlr8-sub Hellcat sits way out there at least 1/2” or better past muzzle & doesn’t correctly fit in my holster for Hellcat Pro w/ tlr8. The Hellcat sub model doesn’t come with any other keys so there is no trying diff ones for a better fit. If buying for the PRO, go with the original Tlr8AG!! Trust me
