This is meant to attach to picatinny rail not the M-lok system.

No, this requires a picatinny rail, the SW9VE has a proprietary rail system.

Will this light fit a Springfield Hellcat RDP?

This Streamlight Rail-Mounted Weaponlight is too large and will not have adequate rail space to properly mount to the Hellcat RDP. I would recommend using the Streamlight TLR-6 Tactical LED Weapon Light for Springfield Hellcat, or the Streamlight TLR-8 G Sub for Hellcat. Both options can be found linked below:

The Streamlight TLR-1 C4 LED Rail-Mounted Weapon Flashlight will mount to picatinny rail. So it will mount to both those firearms.

Will this fit a S&W m&p m2.0 compact?

Yes, the Streamlight Rail-Mounted Weapon Tactical Flashlight is compatible with the M&P M2.0 Compact with a 4" barrel. The 3.6" model does not have enough available picatinny to fit the light.
