This is designed for Milspec AR15 receivers. It is not compatible with rifle length buffer or springs. If your AR10 has a milspec threaded receiver and you are making it a carbine, then yes.
Um, maybe once its 100% completed, yes. I commonly use carbine receiver extensions on AR10s. Just keep in mind that the spring and the buffer itself will differ from an AR15.
