will this fit an f1 firearms upper receiver?

This is meant for AR platforms within a .223/5.56 caliber.
And it will not fit:
-Aero Precision M4E1 upper receivers
-Lantac E-BCG due to carrier and bolt design
-MUR: Modular Upper Receiver
-ZRO Delta upper receiver

Does this work with aero stripped upper? I saw that it doesnt work with the m4e1, not sure about the stripped upper listed here on optics planet.

The Strike Industries AR Billet Ultimate Dust Cover will work with Mil-Spec upper receivers. So it should work with the standard Aero Precision M4 stripper upper receiver.

A .223 can be fired out of a 5.56 but not the other way around. They're essentially the same in an application like this where you're simply talking about the size of an accessory. Yes, it will fit your 5.56.
