I wouldn't think so - Magpul states:
"the B.A.D. Lever attaches to the standard AR15/M16 bolt release without permanent modification to the weapon...attaches to the existing bolt catch paddle via one screw"

That phrase "standard bolt release" s what concerns me.

No, I just tried and the strike industries bolt catch is slightly wider and thicker than a standard bolt catch and will hinder use. Only use Standard bolt catches.

No It doesn’t. The groves on the inside of the magpul bad lever do not sit nicely. The grove is the exact size for a regular bolt catch you get in the parts kits
