No, Strike Industries states it is only the enhanced bolt catch in the package.

Will the Magpul bad lever fit on this.

I wouldn't think so - Magpul states:
"the B.A.D. Lever attaches to the standard AR15/M16 bolt release without permanent modification to the weapon...attaches to the existing bolt catch paddle via one screw"

That phrase "standard bolt release" s what concerns me.

Yes, the AR10 Strike Industries AR Enhanced Bolt Catch is compatible with AR-10 DPMS/LR-308 & SR-25 pattern lower receivers as well as the Aero Precision M5.

Which logo would we be getting? the triangle or the thunder bolts? I noticed in some pictures it has a triangle, others have the SI on the paddle.

The Strike Industries AR Enhanced Bolt Catch fir AR15 platform rifles will feature the Strike Industires "SI" logo while AR10 models will have the Strike Industries triangle logo.
