I would recommend using an ejection port specified for a left handed receiver.

I’m a leftie as well. The dust cover on LH uppers is the same part, but there is no way to use the retaining clip to retain the pin without hand fitting. Not a huge problem unless you have a slim hand guard. It’ll eventually work loose.

My guess is this will fit… ish. The ejection port is the same front to back between RH and LH uppers while the dust cover parts are just flipped in orientation.

Depending on the gasket’s design, it may not be universal.

Also, any of the over molded polymer dust covers may interfere with ejection clearances, leading to a possible malfunction.

I’d look at one of the metal quick install covers if you don’t want to take the time to modify both the pin and dust cover (takes about 90min with the right tools and patience to make milspec parts do their jobs) to fit the clip.

It’s a pain the first time you do it, but once you know you know and it’s pretty easy.
