Yes, the BCG will not interfere with the dust cover.
TLDR: In my experience, yes, it will, but this could depend on your upper, actually.
Strike Industries' product page for all of its Ultimate Dust Covers specifically state that they don't work with the Lantac EBCG. However, I have one installed on a build I put together that uses the Lantac EBCG, and it will close and open as normal.
Now, the one caveat is that my upper receiver is a BCM *blem* model. It is *possible* that the "blem" in question is that the upper is a hair out of tolerance in at least one regard and therefore didn't pass the QC process for BCM. That upper (1) has nothing obvious as a cosmetic blem, and (2) is actually quite tight on the BCG and when I put it on a Midwest Industries URR. But it could *also* be just a hair wider at the ejection port than BCM wanted, to a point that it's enough to let the dust cover close.
So, *my* Ultimate Dust Cover closes on my Lantac EBCG just fine, but I only have the one and I haven't tested the Ultimate Dust Cover on any other uppers with the Lantac EBCG.
I have the tewo of the Lantac E-BCG and this dust cover. They do not work together due to the supports in the molding of the dust cover and the BCG's unique shape.
NO! The Strikes Industries dust cover has a large internal piece that will not allow it to close with a Lantac Enhanced BCG. A normal BCG fits fine, but Lantac has a slightly different external geometry that won't let the SI dust cover close.
