Yes. The Strike Industries AR Mil Spec Buffer Housing fits 14mm (0.55") diameter buffer weights (Maximum of 14.20mm). So I would recommend the DELTAC Tungsten Buffer Weights 3-Pack, which will allow you to create your own H1, H2, or H3 buffer. You can find the weights using the link below:
