The Strike Industries AR Optimus Weight Recoil Buffer POM weights are Thermoplastic weights. Strike Industries does not state the weight of the individual weights and I recommend contacting Strike Industries for that information.

Actually I found the weight of the POM weights, and they are about .11 oz, about half the weight of aluminum weights.
