The Strike Industries AR Optimus Weight Recoil Buffer POM weights are Thermoplastic weights. Strike Industries does not state the weight of the individual weights and I recommend contacting Strike Industries for that information.

You can use the Strike Industries AR Optimus Weight Recoil Buffer but, Geissele does say a standard buffer can cause damage to the rifle or receiver. However, this is not a standard buffer and you can increase or decrease weight at will.

Yes, the Strike Industries AR Optimus Weight Recoil Buffer can be used with the CMMG Banshee AR in .45ACP. CMMG uses a standard H buffer in that AR Pistol, so the weight of the Strike Industries AR Optimus Weight Recoil Buffer can be adjusted for best performance in that platform.
