The Stab-ARP was designed to be used as a Fin-type stabilizing brace. However, currently, we are unable to specifically answer this question. The final ruling regarding pistol braces will go into effect in August. Information on ATF's website on whether a brace can even be used is dependent on the final configuration of the pistol using a checklist. Search ATF definition of a pistol brace and click on the ATF link for information regarding the current proposal.
No it does not.
Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com regarding your question.
The Strike Industries AR Pistol Stabilizer Brace will pit pistol buffer tubes with an outside diameter of 1.25". ATI does not state the dimensions of the pistol buffer tube used on the ATI OMNI HYBRID MAXX AR Pistol. I recommend contacting ATI for that information to confirm compatibility.
Strike Industries AR Pistol Stabilizer brace was designed to be used Strike Industries Receiver Extensions. Please see the links:

The STAB ARP only comes in black. No straps are included.
The brace is gonna go on the buffer tube you attach to the ergo adapter. As long as you use a rounded buffer tube (like the KAK Shockwave) , then it'll work.
As long as its mil spec AR 15 it should be compatible
It should work with mil-spec buffer tube for AR
As long as its mil spec AR 15 it should be compatible with the buffer tube
