Will this fit my Canik TP9SF The elite combat

It does NOT work with all Canik pistols. You are NOT able to use this on Elite Combat due to the blackstrap. Don’t listen to Ed.

No. The Strike Industries Extended Magazine Plate is only compatible with the CANiK TP9 DA, SA MOD.2, SF (non Elite), SFX models (except Elite Combat and SC). It is not compatible with the CANiK TP9 Elite Combat (due to backstrap) and the CANiK TP9 SF Elite (due to backstrap).
