Yes, it is capable of folding to the right. Like you said you will have to push down instead of pulling up. That’s how I have it configured.

Does this fit a master piece arms 30 t &do I need an adapter?

A
Answered by JamesH2, member, from NH, United States, on February 02, 2026

No, you need the adapter which Modern Weapon Systems sell for about $99 with shipping, less if they have a blem. This also only folds to the left and when it is folded to the left it leaves like a 1.5" gap between the brace and the gun. That's probably due to the picatinny adapter being offset to the left but I don't see any way of changing that. Better to get the dual version which folds both ways. That's probably what I'm going to do down the road and put this one on a different pistol.

A
Answered by JamesH2, member, from NH, United States, on February 03, 2026

If you get the rear picatinny plate for the mp5 or any other clone for that matter. I've been researching and it'll run you about $100 for that picatinny plate.
