Does this work with G19 Gen 3? Also, will it work with 10 rounds Glock OEM mags and 10 round Magpul pmag?

The Strike Industries Gen3 Magwell for Glock at the link below will work for a Gen 3 Glock 19. It will also work with the 10 round magazines.

Yes, this magwell will not be affected by the round capacity of the magazine.

Will this fit the polymer 80 standard frame?

Not really. Technically yes, BUT it does not fit flush. There will be gaps all around the magazine well. The issue is the back area is not curved the same. I WOULD NOT recommend this magazine well with a P80.
