What kind of rail system will fit on a Ruger M 14?

The Ruger Mini 14 will require you to change the stock in order to have a rail system. I would recommend using the ATI Outdoors Strikeforce Mini-14/Thirty Stock, which provides picatinny rail space on all 4 sides of the handguard including a top rail. It can be found by using the link below:

The Strike Industries Grildlok LITE Handguard Assembly fits Mil-Spec AR15 upper recievers. Strike Industries states that the Strike Industries Grildlok LITE Handguard Assembly does not fit some billet receivers. So it may work with a Odin Works 9mm Upper but fitment cannot be guaranteed. I recommend contacting Strike Industries to confirm compatibility.

The Strike Industries Grildlok LITE Handguard Assembly might work with a CMMG Mutant Gen 2. The Strike Industries Grildlok LITE Handguard Assembly is not compatible with some billet upper receivers. Since the CMMG Mutant has a billet upper receiver it may not fit.

The manufacturer states that the Strike Industries Grildlok LITE Handguard Assembly length is exactly as stated from the face of the upper receiver to the front of the rail. So for the 11" model of the Strike Industries Grildlok LITE Handguard Assembly, it will be 11".
