Is that fit Brigade Mfg BMF-9 9MM ？

The Strike Industries HEX 60/90 Degree Selector Switch should fit and function in your BMF-9 as AR15 selector switches are typically interchangeable between the AR15 and AR9 platform.

Is a short lever available to be purchased separately so I have have long on one side and short on the other?

The HEX only has the levers it comes with available, there are no replacement levers.
