I would like to order this delivered to the Philippines. Will this require an export license?

Please note that the product in question, SI-CEVO-MR, is controlled for export. You will need to create a manual order for our Risk Management and Compliance department to confirm whether a specific product can be exported to a specific location as there are many variables involved.
