Strike Industries does not specify compatibility with the CZ P-10C. It is designed to be used with the P-10F with a small or medium backstrap.

No, it will not. The magwell of the P10F encapsulates the mag all the way around. The P10C is shaped different with a lower protrusion at the mag base that allows the mag to sit flush to that protrusion. The Strike Ind Magwell is made for the entire grip opening of the P10F.
