It should not interfere with most ambi safeties, BUT it will be completely dependent on the safety and how large the levers are.
Yes. Does not work with a normal size ambi safety selector. You will need to cut/Dremmel out substantial amounts of the right side thumb rest for full selector travel or have to buy an aftermarket selector with low travel.
