Yes, these Strike Industries Iron Sights are suppressor height and intended to be co-witnessed with red dot sights. You will achieve a co-witness sight picture with these sights and a Romeo Zero mounted to a P320.

I own an IWI Masada, which has a sig dovetail cut on the rear. Will these work?

For MPN: SI-G-SIGHTS-SH, the front blade is 0.452 inches and the rear is 0.408 inches. For MPN: SI-P320-SIGHTS-SH, the front blade is 0.563 inches and the rear is 0.403 inches.
