According to SureFire the SureFire 3-Prong Flash Hider w/Suppressor Adapter models SF3P-556-1/2-28, SF3P-556-MK46, SF3P-762-5/8-24, SF3P-762MG-M240 weigh 3.9oz. Model SF3P-50BMG-M2HB weighs 23.8oz.

Would this be compatible with an SA-58 from DSarms? It has the same thread pitch but it is LHT

From what information I could find the DSArms SA58 either has 5/8x24 right handed threads or 9/16x24 left handed threads. The SureFire 3-Prong Flash Hider w/Suppressor Adapter model SF3P-556-MK46 will work with the 9/16x24 left handed thread model and the SureFire 3-Prong Flash Hider w/Suppressor Adapter model SF3P-762-5/8-24 will work with the 5/8x24 right handed thread model.

The SureFire 3-Prong Flash Hider w/Suppressor Adapter that you can use is (MPN:SF3P-762-1/2-28). That's only if your rifle has 1/2x28 threads.
