Would this model fit into the FAB Defense BSR-1 barrel mount?

That barrel mount just adds a small picatinny rail to your barrel. You would still need a mount for the flashlight. Something like this: 2G-1F-GGG-1389

This flashlight uses CR123A batteries, they do make rechargeable ones: FS-BT-123AR-SFLFP123-KIT

Yes, and you will the CR123A batteries. I recommend the surefire rechargeable batteries.

Will this insert into a MIKI Fab defence Potato Shaped Foregrip flashlight slot?

It will work as FAB defense specifies that a 1" body flashlight is required and this light is 1" in diameter.

What’s the difference between this and the 6px

The body of the 6PX is all aluminum and weighs 5.2oz. The body of the G2X is a combination of aluminum and polymer and weighs in at 4.4oz.

Does this come with the necessary things to mount to a KDG Kinect MLOK Universal offset mount?

This light does not include any mounting hardware for mounting to a mount or firearm. This is a standalone light that would need specific hardware for mounting to a firearm or KDG mount.
