How does the tape switch mount to the weapon

The pressure-activated switch attaches to firearm via adhesive-backed Velcro® pad.

Which version of this light can mount to a MLOK rail and what light and switch mounts are required?

You would just need to attach a small picatinny rail to your Mlock and then you can attach this to it so it can mount on your firearm.

Would this be considered to be a spot light or flood light?

Neither to be honest. It is a good middle ground between having a nice center hot spot that still has enough spill to be usable at certain ranges. It is not a flood light and is not meant to be used to scan large areas of land.

The light on the Surefire website is described as 1,000 lumens. Is the item that you are offering here 1,000 lumens or the older version 600 lumens?

This is the 1000 lumen version. Surefire tends to make upgrades to their lights without notifying anyone, so we don't always know to update our site. I apologize for any confusion, it should be updated shortly.

Will this light/mount fit the Sig MPX?

It will fit however you may need a picatinny adapter to attach it to your handguard.
