Because the G3C is not optics ready, you will need to use a dovetail adapter plate or have your slide milled directly for an optic. Please email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com for more information. However, if you have a TORO model G3C, you can use adapter plate #2 included with your pistol to install this optic.
If you go to the Taurus website you can purchase an optic ready toro upgraded Slide for your G3C. It’s about $150 but it comes with adapters so you can mount just about any optic available. I’ve got a Hellcat Pro as my primary EDC, and once I added an optic I knew I would have to switch out that slide to make my G3C optic ready. Also I’ll never buy another handgun that’s not optic ready.
If I remember I’ll update this post once I get a chance to take the G3C to the range, shoot it without and then with the optic. Swapping out the slides between magazines to see the difference in grouping.
Ethan, thanks for the reply I do have the G3C TORO. After reviewing the liberty and th Justice I am most likely going to go with the Justice for better viewing area.
