No. The Swampfox 1-10 x 24 mm Riflescope only comes with the scope itself and no mounting hardware. If you are looking to mount this on an AR15, I would recommend the Aero Precision AR15 30mm mount found here:

Yes, these optics are rated for higher calibers.
