To mount the OpticsPlanet Exclusive Swampfox Sentinel to your Glock 19 Gen 3, you will need to either have your slide milled for an RMSc pattern optic or use an adapter plate. The Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount will replace your rear sight with an optic plate and allow you to install this optic. The adapter can be found linked below:
