No. The Tacfire .223/.556 1/2inX28 Thread Krinkov Style Muzzle Brake can only support calibers with a bullet diameter of 0.224" or less (5.56/.223/.224 Valkyrie).

Does this reduce flash? Also how doe it compare to the Barking Spider?

The Tacfire .223/.556 1/2inX28 Thread Krinkov Style Muzzle Brake will not reduce muzzle flash, it will reduce recoil and barrel whip but will most likely increase your flash signature.

Krinkov-style muzzle devices are not muzzle brakes but rather a muzzle booster (somewhat increasing recoil). It is designed to increase blow back pressure to cycle the action. The 3 part version was created as a way to maintain pressure in the barrel longer to ensure cycling. They are primarily designed for use on AK-pattern firearms. A properly built AR-15 should not need a Krinkov device.
