No, the Tacfire AR15 45 Degree/Low Profile Polymer Flip-Up Sights will require you to manually flip up the front and rear sight.

are these good for left handed and if not do you guys sell left hand ones in od green?

You can mount the sight on the offset rail in either direction, so these would be left hand compatible
