The heavy buffer weight, MAR044, should work best for you.

The people answering these buffer weight questions don't know what they are talking about. If your gun is short-stroking, not locking back on an empty mag, then you are under-gassed and need to increase gas or DECREASE buffer or BCG weight. You have to test and tune DI guns. Every gun is different. Anyone claiming to know the proper buffer weight just by the barrel length has no idea what they're talking about.
