Will this fit a DPMS 308?

No, these are for AR-15 rifles, they will not fit AR-10/AR-308 rifles.

Will this fit a DPMS Orical flat top AR-15 upper.

The HG02 AR-15 model is a free float handguard that uses a proprietary barrel nut which means it can be mounted to ANY standard AR-15 upper receiver, but requires removal of the system and existing handguard assembly including barrel nut.
