Does this fit my Mossberg 500a 12 gauge pistol grip?

Yes. The TacStar Shotgun AR Stock Adaptor will fit most variants of the Mossberg 500 including your 500a. It will allow you to use an AR15 style pistol grip and AR15 style buffer tube.
