will this holster handle Hellcat with optics on the rail system ?

The Tactica Belly Band Holster for the Springfield Hellcat will not accommodate a light/laser or optic. I would recommend using the CrossBreed Holsters MT2 Holster, which will accommodate a red dot sight, and can be found by using the following link:

Will this work with the osp 9 mil hellcat

The Tactica Belly Band Holster for the Hellcat does not fit OSP models. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a bellyband holster that will accommodate a Hellcat OSP. However, we do carry IWB holsters that will allow you to use a red dot on your Hellcat such as the CrossBreed Holsters MT2 Holster, found by using the link below:
