Will this work for 5.56?

The manufacturer only recommends using standard velocity .22LR ammunition with the Tactical Solutions Pac-Lite Performance Compensator. So it cannot be used for 5.56.

Yes. The Tactical Solutions Pac-Lite Performance Compensator will fit an SW22 Victory as they both utilize 1/2x28 threads.

Yes, this will also work with a 17HMR, as long as your barrel threads are 1/2x28.
