The silver finish adapter has 2 set screws, whereas the oxide one appears to have only one. Why?

All our slip on adapters have 2 set screws. The other adapter could be an old pic

What about alignment? How do you put it inline so you don’t put a bullet into your suppressor?

This adapter is made to fit tight to the 10/22. The adapter does not include shims. Alignment is accomplished by fit.
