Yes, this item will fit the Axis if your rifle has 6-48 screws in the receiver. If your rifle uses 8-40, you will need item 94XX719.

No, this item comes with 6-48 screws. If you need the 8-40 mount, you will need item 94XX719.

These medium height rings will be slightly too short for a 50mm objective, I would recommend high height.

No, this is only for AccuTrigger models with a rounded receiver.
