The Talley AXIS Rear Mount for Savages is the go to solution for mounting scopes on your Savage bolt action rifle. Manufactured from solid aircraft grade aluminum alloy, this one-piece scope mount is the Talley one-piece solution for mounting scopes on Savage bolt action rifles with an Accutrigger. Easy to install, the clamping design utilizes two steel thumping surfaces to fully lock the scope into place. The Savage platform also utilizes two steel recoil lugs to eliminate any shifting of the scope while in use. The rear mount is designed to function with a minimum amount of additional force, yet still hold the scope perfectly. The Talley Scope Mounts are optimized for use with a standard 1" scope tube. Machined to tight tolerances and made from solid aluminum alloy, this one-piece scope mount is the preferred method to mount 1" optics to 1" rifles.
