Either 30CZS550L or the quick detach version, item 30CZL550L should work for your setup.

The MPN: 1CZL550, may work, but it will be extremely tight. I would highly recommend something taller depending on your barrel profile.

What is the ring height of this set of rings?

The 1" tube rings have a height of .410" and the 30mm tube rings have a height of .500".
