Talley does not offer bubble level tops for their ring mounts.

Will these rings fit a CZ 600 Lux chambered in 300 win mag?

No, they will not work. Not only will the rear base overhang the ejection port a substantial amount, the screw protrusion on the rear mount will be too long. You will need the rings listed for the Franchi Momentum & Mossberg Patriot.

My scope is maxed out on down and still shoots high is there mounts that will correct that?

If you are shooting at 100 yards, try using a 20moa rail to help with the adjustment. If you are only shooting distances closer than that, or bore sighting closer, please back the target further away from the rifle and optic.

Does the original mounts on the 721 have #40 or#48 screws.? Mount a Cabela's Covenant 4 30 mm tactical scope to it. What rings would suggest?

A factory Remington 700 will use a standard 6-48 screw.

These rings will not work for the Anschutz 64/1903 action. These are for the Remington 700, 721, 722, 725, and 40X.
