The Talley Scope Rings I'd recommend for your setup is 1" low/medium height rings to allow for the best head position when using your optic. You can find the Talley rings I recommend using the link below:

The Talley Lightweight Alloy Scope Mounts for your rifle are the 84M models. I would recommend a low height ring due to your objective lens size. Typically 40-42mm objective lens require low height rings.

MPN: 748749 or S748749 should work for your Kimber 84M with a 3-9x40 scope with a 30mm diameter tube.

Talley does not make 34mm rings for that rifle, you would need a picatinny rail and rings for that.

Yes, low mounts should work, you just have to be careful that there's enough room for the bolt handle past the eyepiece.
