What height rings for a Bergara BXR 22lr with a Vortex Diamondback 4x16x42 1" tube? Do you suggest one-piece or rings?

If you're using the Picatinny rail that comes on the rifle, the medium ring will work fine. If you use the one-piece mount instead, medium rings should be fine if you have a steel barrel; you'll likely need to use high rings if you have the carbon fiber barrel.

Will these hold up to the recoil of a Henry 45-70 with added pic rail and vortex viper HD 2x10x42?

Absolutely! We have customers mount them on 45-70s as well as other heavy recoil rifles and they hold just fine. The rings have a recoil lug that is machined into the ring instead of having a separate pin or bar which results in extra strength and stability.

Yes, they're 1913 Mil Spec Picatinny rings and will fit any Picatinny rail.

Can I use these on a CZ 457

This ring will not mount directly to a CZ 457 since they're a Picatinny ring. If you want to use this item, you will need item P00252010 too.

Will these fit Marlin Model 782 Magnum ?

These Talley Modern Sporting Scope Rings will not fit a Marlin 782 Magnum unless you have a picatinny rail scope base on top. You will need a set of dovetail rings for that rifle like the ones at the link below.

Yes, the medium height 30mm Talley Modern Sporting Scope Rings should work for the Vortex Strike Eagle 4-24x50 on a Franchi Momentum. These are model number TMS30M.

The High Height Talley Modern Sporting Scope Rings could possibly work depending on your specific rifle although most likely not. Normally, I would recommend Extra High rings when you have an objective lens that is 56mm. The base will depend on your specific rifle as well. Email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and let us know what rifle you intend to mount your scope on, that way we can more easily find a base and set of scope rings that will work.
