Yes, this TANDEMKROSS Game Changer Compensator is compatible with .22LR, .22WMR, .223, 5.56x45mm and .17HMR and will fit your PMR30 as long as you have a 1/2x28 threaded barrel.

Update and Warning: According to the manufacturer, this Game Changer is NOT compatible with .223/5.56 centerfire cartridges! The aluminum construction could begin to come apart due to the high muzzle pressures compared to rimfire cartridges. The Game Changer PRO is compatible with both rimfire and centerfire cartridges.
