Will this work with my S&W Victory 22 lr pistol and Bushnell RSX-100 ?

Yes. The TANDEMKROSS Shadow Sight Mount V2.0 can fit optics that use the DeltaPoint Pro footprint, such as the Bushnell RSX 100. So this will fit and function as intended. This mount comes with all necessary hardware - including screws, dowel pins, and gaskets.

No, this is a replacement that mounts in the same place as the factory rear sight.
