will this work with a Titan XLX?

Assuming you meant the Titan HLX it will fit the rear space for the ACU Draw.

Is the device compatible with a horton summit hd 150?

Unless your Horton has the mounting space on the rear of the stock it will not work.

Is this cocking device compatible with the Bear Fortus Crossbow. If not do you have any suggestions?

This will only work with TenPoint crossbows. Unfortunately Bear Archery does not make an option that works with the Fortus crossbow. I apologize for the inconvenience.
