You would only get one of them. Most likely the model on the left in the photograph.

Will this work on the Encore endeavor pro hunter magnum?

The Encore Endeavor uses a different breech plug than the Encore 209x50 or Omega. The Endeavor take a Speed Breech XT breech plug item 31007542

This is a stainless steel breech plug for T/C Omega and is the same product offered direct from Thompson Center.

Is this a breach plug so I can use #11 caps in my encore 209x50 magnum.Im in Idaho we can not use anything other than caps

Yes, this will allow you to use the No.11 cap.
